So this Whole30 has been really good for me and I felt like I was in much better control this time, most likely because I wasn’t snacking or managing sugar craving with fruit. Overall my energy has been consistent and my training has been going well, I would call this month a success. Today I ran on the Catoctin Trail, with 5-6in of snow in most places and waist high drifts at the start! It was slow going, but always good company and time on my legs.
I am still undecided on how to write my After Action Report for my Whole30 and how to manage my reintroduction plan, but it is coming! Don’t worry! I would just like some more time to reflect on my experience and give my write up the respect it deserves.
