Feeling much better today. Maybe it is the full night’s sleep that I got or maybe I am starting to adjust off of the sugars, but this picture came with our Whole30 email today and it pretty much sums up how I felt yesterday.
I found that the improvement in my sleep is what I noticed the most the last time I did the Whole30 and that is coming back pretty quickly. Not sure I can say completely that I am feeling good today since I wasn’t able to run. I tried twice but my ankle just wasn’t going to let me, we will have to see how my energy is running in the next few days. Having this kind of annoying injury is ok in January, but hopefully this doesn’t happen in June! Off to bed for another night of great sleep!
