Day 25- Dinner Out

One of the hardest parts of Whole30 is not eating out. It is not that you can’t do it, there are plenty of options in almost any restaurant that are Whole30 compliant or can be modified to be. However, I am worked really hard during this Whole30 not to be a that “crazy lady and her diet.” I recognize that just because this set of rules works for me and my goals doesn’t mean that it is the perfect solution for everyone.

However, you do need to go out and be social sometimes! It was great to go to Annapolis last night and catch up with my friend, Martha, who I haven’t seen since the summer. We even found the perfect solution for dinner- sashimi and a ginger salad (dressing with all Whole30 compliant ingredients). My favorite part is that I didn’t have to make a scene and ask what was in all of the whole, beautiful pieces of fish that they brought out. Another Whole30 WIN!
