Things are starting to fall into place. I am getting ideas for cooking without having to set aside too much thought, am making lunches without dread. It’s like my hands just start going through the motions before I have time to really drag my feet.
With playoff football on (something I care very little about other than the excuse to eat wings) I decided I didn’t need to miss out, I could just make wings! They were great, but I think a little adobo would have made them amazing. Turns out the trick is to coat the wings in baking powder and the spices and let them sit over night before roasting them in the oven. So good, I can’t wait to try them again!
